Beijing City Sub-center, No.6 Energy Station Project

No. 6 energy station of Beijing sub-center is located in Tongzhou District, Beijing. The project belongs to all underground energy station, two underground one with the total building area of 11000 square meters.

The project has been the first integrated energy station with multi-energy coupling in Beijing which adopts BIM design, depth optimization design, gas cooling, heat and electricity triple supply, ground source heat pump, water storage and heat storage, deep utilization of flue gas, photovoltaic technology, etc. The comprehensive energy efficiency is 2.74.The renewable energy utilization is 40 percent.

The project has reached the domestic leading and international first-class level.

It has been in line with the national policy of emission reduction before the festival and the Beijing environmental protection policy project .

It will replace the original combustion medium boiler after the completion of the project, thus obviously improving the environment of Beijing during heating period.

The gas heat pump technology has been applied to deep utilization system of flue gas  in a creative way on the basis of the conventional gas heating system that adopts gas compensator, boiler group control, smoke condenser, pump frequency conversion , heat quantity.

The solar energy system is used to heat up water in winter, which has made the energy saving of the project become the domestic leading level of the similar projects.
