Residential Natural Gas Project at No.25 Banbidian Street of Tongzhou District

The residential project of No. 25, Banbidian Street of Tongzhou District is located in Banbidian Street of Tongzhou District in Beijing and consists of Longfor Dafangju residential area and Huashengxiangti residential area. It is developed and constructed by Longfor Group Holdings Limited with a total area of 27.36 hectares and a total construction scale of 684,000 square meters.

This project has a total of more than 5900 households in 31 residential buildings and one heating boiler room (5 gas heating boilers with 52t/h in total). The gas source of the project is connected to the DN300 medium-pressure natural gas pipeline in Yile Middle Road on the east side of the residential area. After pressure regulating in three new regulator boxes in the residential area, the gas is supplied to the east and west parts and boiler rooms of the residential area.
